Comfortable and pleasant apartments |
You'll be staying in one of the pleasant apartments of the Orchidee, Acacia or Dahlia residences.
All apartments have a color TV (cable) with video, sun terrace, microwave, separate bathroom(s) and many extras.
The inventory of the upgraded standard in Acacia / Orchidee includes household goods for 6 persons, a color TV (cable), a first class stereo and several extras like an ironing board and iron, duvets, a clock, a crumb-sweeper, toaster, mini grill, microwave with adapted cooking facility, an electric coffee maker, electric fruit squeezer, electric kettle, etc.
We won't charge extra if you would like to add a child's bed.
For all flats in Dahlia we provide an inventory for 10 persons. There are plenty of extras like a dishwasher, large TV with a video including 5 films, a DVD player, a quality stereo player, an electrical BBQ, ect,...
The apartment has two parking spaces.
The spacious terrace comes complete with garden furniture for 8 persons.
The corner apartments have a private garden facing south.
If needed, a third bedroom is available for rent on the second floor for two additional people.
We have apartments where dogs are allowed. There is no supplement for the dog. On the park dog toilets are available.
For all types of flats, there are also adjoining apartments available for groups.

Additional information
In certain weeks of the months of July and August bookings are only taken per week (from Saturday to Saturday inclusive).
Included in the price is the rent of the apartment, normal consumption of electricity and water, your parking (2 parking spaces for Dahlia) as well as activities such as tennis with your own gear, football, basket ball, ... Final cleaning (as agreed: partially or complete) and tourist tax are charged separately. The deposit amounts to 135 € for the studio as well as for the Acacia/Orchidee apartments and 195 € for the Dahlia apartments. Bed and bath linen must be brought by the tenant. We also do not provide breakfast and access to the flat is assured via a digital code without a reception.
Discounts
Discounts are occasionally granted during the last minute period as well as for large groups and rentals for a longer period. Please contact us about this by using our form.
Rental terms, conditions and house regulations
No accommodation is let to minors unless they are constantly accompanied by a responsible adult. The house-order regulations (noise pollution, garbage sorting, parking use, … ) must be complied with as well as our rental terms and conditions as stated in our rental agreement (responsibilities tenant / lessor, maximum occupation of the apartment, own risk tenant, complaints procedure, safety instructions, safekeeping content, cancellation insurance, …).The tenant has declared that he is aware of this and that he will respect these rules.
